Condition Guide & grading

Here at Par Par Birdies we make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. This is why we don’t use stock pictures or recycle pictures. Our product is individually cleaned, inspected and photographed to provide the best display possible.

Sometimes a picture cannot tell the whole story. Certain colors or materials will reflect differently under bright lights for pictures. In fact, most of our product looks more flawed under photography lighting than what it really looks like in person. This is where our PPB Grading Guidelines come in. Every item we sell will have a condition grade to better present the overall state the item is in.

The below chart and estimates are meant to give a general idea of what to expect. The consensus average lifetime of a golf club is generally 300 rounds. However, since is only an industry estimate as many factors and variables play a part. In some clubs, like wedges, this number can be a lot lower. In other clubs, like putters, this number can be a lot higher.
