Refund policy
- Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate returns and exchanges. Product must be shipped back within 3 days after initiating a return or exchange.
- Initiating Returns: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.

Exchanges: Items being exchanged must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. If an item shows signs of wear from when it was first shipped or is missing components/accessories, a fee will be applied to the exchange value at our discretion. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Free exchanges may only be made once. After an initial exchange is made, a sale becomes final and may not be exchanged again or returned. Items will be treated as trade-ins beyond the returns/exchange parameters.
- Refunds: Items may be returned for a refund with a 10% restocking fee, minimum $20. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. If an item shows signs of wear from when it was first shipped or is missing components/accessories, a fee will be applied to the return value at our discretion. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Store Credit: Items being returned for store credit must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. If an item shows signs of wear from when it was first shipped or is missing components/accessories, a fee will be applied to the store credit value at our discretion. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Return/Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our behalf.
- Clearance: Items marked as clearance or final sale, as well as personalized or customized items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Refunds or store credit will be issued accordingly.
- Exclusions: Items may be rejected for returns/exchanges at our discretion and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send items back to them. Reasons for rejecting exchanges or returns include, but not limited to:
- If an item is deemed damaged by the customer and not by normal wear and tear, or by the shipping carrier.
- The item is not the same one that was shipped to them.
- The return package did not include any additional items that had been originally included (e.g. headcovers, golf balls or other accessories).
- Tags and stickers show signs of having been removed or are not included.
- Order Cancellations: Any request for cancellation of confirmed purchase orders will be subject to the same terms and conditions as a return for refund, regardless of whether the order has been shipped.
