Upon receiving your offer, confirm acceptance and specify cash or credit.

For trades, purchase your desired item and use the same box to return your trade-in after receiving your new item. For cash sales, provide the tracking number for the package you ship.

What is your process for trade-ins?

Because we want our customers to spend as little as possible on shipping, we will gladly offer to print shipping labels on your behalf. Our shipping labels will typically carry a deep discount in comparison to going with carriers directly. The choice is yours.

We pride ourselves in quality service. Therefore, it is our goal to start working on your offer the moment we get your filled out form. We will usually take anywhere between a few minutes to one business day to reply. This is mostly dependent on the time and day that your form is submitted.
Pro Tip: To get the fastest response possible, make sure that you are as thorough as possible when filling out your form. If you are submitting photos, make sure they are clear and that they cover all angles and parts of the items you are interested in trading in.

How long does it take to get an offer after submitting my trade-in form?

We pride ourselves in quality service. Therefore, it is our goal to start working on your offer the moment we get your filled out form. We will usually take anywhere between a few minutes to one business day to reply. This is mostly dependent on the time and day that your form is submitted.

Iron Sets:

Must include 7-PW consecutively at the very least. Iron sets with missing clubs in between will receive a quote as individual clubs rather than a set.
Shafts must all be of the same material (all steel or all graphite) and all must be of the same flex (all regular, all stiff, etc.). We will make the highest offer possible for sets that have all 100% matching shafts and grips.

Club Condition:

All clubs must be in fair and acceptable condition at the least. Excessively worn clubs or damaged clubs will not be accepted. This includes club head dents, loose heads, broken shafts, among other things. Worn grips beyond usable condition will have a $20 regripping fee per trade-in.

Custom Clubs:

These are acceptable on a case by case basis. Please contact us about your specific custom club(s).

Unacceptable:

Clubs that have been lengthened or shortened by more than 1” (e.g., 1.25” or more change from original length).
Counterfeit clubs or golf items. These will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement if received.
Devices like rangefinders that do not work properly or are missing batteries/components.

If there is a significant difference in what we received versus what was expected from your trade-in, a new value will be provided to you for your trade-in offer. If the new offer is not accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send your package back plus a 5% handling fee, minimum $10. This is why it is important that your initial trade-in form is as thorough and transparent as possible.
