Trade-in process

Complete our short trade-in form. We'll promptly provide a cash offer and trade-in credit offer.

Upon receiving your offer, confirm acceptance and specify cash or credit.

For trades, purchase your desired item and use the same box to return your trade-in after receiving your new item. For cash sales, provide the tracking number for the package you ship.

Once received, we'll inspect your package and initiate payment via Zelle or Venmo.
Trade-in Faqs
- Fill out the short trade-in form. We will reply to you with a cash and trade-in credit offer ASAP.
- When you have received your offer, let us know if you would like to accept it. If yes, please specify if cash or credit.
- If you are trading in for another item in our store, you may purchase the item you are acquiring and when you have received it you may use the same box to ship back your trade-in. If you are selling for cash, just provide us with the tracking number to the package you are sending.
- Once your package arrives, we will inspect it right away to approve your payment. You may choose between Zelle or Venmo for payment.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with their trade-ins.
- Because we want our customers to spend as little as possible on shipping, we will gladly offer to print shipping labels on your behalf. Our shipping labels will typically carry a deep discount in comparison to going with carriers directly. The choice is yours.
- We pride ourselves in quality service. Therefore, it is our goal to start working on your offer the moment we get your filled out form. We will usually take anywhere between a few minutes to one business day to reply. This is mostly dependent on the time and day that your form is submitted.
- Pro Tip: To get the fastest response possible, make sure that you are as thorough as possible when filling out your form. If you are submitting photos, make sure they are clear and that they cover all angles and parts of the items you are interested in trading in.
Brands: We accept most commercial and current brands.
Iron Sets:
- Must include 7-PW consecutively at the very least. Iron sets with missing clubs in between will receive a quote as individual clubs rather than a set.
- Shafts must all be of the same material (all steel or all graphite) and all must be of the same flex (all regular, all stiff, etc.). We will make the highest offer possible for sets that have all 100% matching shafts and grips.
Club Condition:
- All clubs must be in fair and acceptable condition at the least. Excessively worn clubs or damaged clubs will not be accepted. This includes club head dents, loose heads, broken shafts, among other things. Worn grips beyond usable condition will have a $20 regripping fee per trade-in.
Custom Clubs:
- These are acceptable on a case by case basis. Please contact us about your specific custom club(s).
Unacceptable:
- Clubs that have been lengthened or shortened by more than 1” (e.g., 1.25” or more change from original length).
- Counterfeit clubs or golf items. These will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement if received.
- Devices like rangefinders that do not work properly or are missing batteries/components.
- Your trade-in offer is guaranteed if the clubs/items you provided to us are in the exact same condition you expressed to us, and/or they match the pictures we received.
- We will also guarantee your trade-in offer if the clubs were shipped within 14 days of having been given an offer. If more than 14 days have passed, a new offer will have to be issued to reflect the changing market conditions.
- If there is a significant difference in what we received versus what was expected from your trade-in, a new value will be provided to you for your trade-in offer. If the new offer is not accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send your package back plus a 5% handling fee, minimum $10. This is why it is important that your initial trade-in form is as thorough and transparent as possible.
- Trading in to purchase clubs from our store will net you the best bang for your buck! We will always offer you the highest amount possible on trade-ins when you plan to grab an upgrade from our store.
- If you are only looking to get rid of clubs, do not see anything you like in our store at the and still want to maximize your trade-in offer? Trade in for store credit! Do not let your clubs lose value and trade them in today while their value is at a maximum and save your store credit for later when you are ready to cash in for an upgrade! This is the best of both worlds.
